I think one of the problems is that amd has no high end 4090 equivalent card from a pure performance perspective and so all the pros use understandably 4090s But the problem is that their fans don’t understand this and think that NVIDIA is just better even if it’s wrong price to performance wise And let’s be realistic no one is gonna play Alan wake on a 4060 with raytracing

Yall dont get it if everyone moved to PC and stuck to it the gaming industry would be turned on its head for various reasons. First you got pirating is hella easy on pc, VPNs allow for global access to games that may be country restricted. Steam allows indie games to pop off hence among us, lethal company and many others, then tack on the fact that you can have mods for almost any game and you can even use emulators to play oldschool games? Like i wasnt ever PC master race until i got one started trying to figure out what i can do with it and i realized just how horrible companies are with consoles because the people on there are easy pickings to steal money from them. At least steam does sales for so many games all the time AND FREE FUCKING MULTIPLAYER i stg that was one thing i was super happy with when using pc is never needing to pay for a subscription plus steam allows for personal server hosting for many games too.

I use Opera GX so i dont have this issue, and i remove all trace of Edge from my desktop
